We invite entries from Senior, Novice, Junior and Veteran Competitors in Open, Womens or Mixed categories in the following boat classes:

Coxed Fours

Coxless Pairs

Double Sculls

Single Sculls

 

Playboat events offered subject to demand and the Racing Timetable

 

We pride ourselves on providing competition as intense as you need it, with great viewing and the warmest of Suffolk hospitality.

Sprint eights: Men/Women/Mixed/Veteran (350m course from a free start). These events are open to athletes already competing at the Regatta and are, traditionally, a fun (and non-qualifying) supplement to the days racing.

A veteran handicap system may be utilised if relevant to the number of entries received.

All events are subject to sufficient entries.

Prizes: pewter tankards, hip flasks for sprint eights.

Entry fees: eights £60.00, fours £30.00, pairs £15.00, sculls £7.50, playboats £3.00

The regatta committee may ask crews to race at a higher status, dependant upon entries.

Doubling up and boat sharing welcomed at entrants' risk. This should be clearly marked on entry forms as should any other information you consider relevant. No competitors will be permitted to race unless an ARA entry form containing all details as requested and accompanied by the appropriate fee has been completed and submitted. Sudbury Rowing Club is affiliated to the ARA.
